Where to download products

Important: Pop-up blockers can stop downloads. Turn off your pop-up blocker before downloading.

1. Sign in to your Autodesk account at manage.autodesk.com.
2. Under All Products and Services, find your product. Use Search to narrow results.
3. In the product tile, choose the version, platform, and language.
4. Open the menu and pick a download method. Depending on the product, sometimes Download is the only choice. 
5. Download the product.

To download educational products, your Autodesk account must be approved for educational access.

If a teacher or colleague assigned a product to you, see Students and educators installing products assigned to them.

1. Sign in to your Autodesk account.
2. Choose a product on the Education products page.
3. Select the subscription plan that matches your role.
4. Complete the checkout steps. 
5. Click Access Products, you will be redirected to your account to download the product.

1. To get free trials, go to Autodesk free trials.
2. A trial must appear in your Autodesk account under "Products and Services > Active Trials" before you can use it. In Active trials you can see how much time is remaining on the trial.

Possible reasons your product is not listed in Products and Services:

1. We’re still processing your purchase. After purchase processing is complete you will receive an email with access, download, and activation details. Usually products appear in your account shortly after purchase. If you haven’t received confirmation within 24 hours, check your spam folder or Contact support.
2. Your admin hasn’t given you access. Ask your admin to grant access.
3. Your subscription has expired. To renew, go to the Autodesk store.
