You can upgrade an Autodesk LT product to a full product. For example, you can upgrade AutoCAD LT to AutoCAD. The method for doing this depends upon the way you acquired your subscription. If you purchased your software online, turn off automatic renewal and purchase the full product online when your LT subscription expires. If you purchased your software through an Autodesk sales representative or authorized partner, contact them for assistance.
If your product is part of an industry collection, you can upgrade to the full industry collection. In most cases, your users won't need to reinstall their software.
Note: If you upgrade from a 2019 or earlier product, you may need to update your product license serial number. See Update a serial number.
Go to Autodesk account to assign product access. Your users can continue using the old software for 30 days from the order date as you complete the transition. For any new products, your users will receive email instructions to sign in to their account to download software.
Admins can upgrade to a Premium plan for more administrative features and support options. To upgrade your plan, contact your Autodesk sales representative or authorized partner. See Autodesk plans to compare Standard and Premium features.
The Assistant can help you find answers or contact an agent.
