Expert Coaching frequently asked questions

How do I request coaching?

For Business coaching:

  1. Identify from the catalog the product and topic that best supports your business goal.
  2. Submit a request via the coaching request platform, indicating your availability and providing details such as project types, roles, skill levels, and team challenges. 
  3. An Autodesk specialist will contact you to schedule a discovery meeting to personalize your coaching session.

How many coaching sessions do I get?

  • Business plan: Three (3) product coaching sessions every calendar quarter. Unused sessions do not roll over.  Expert coaching for IT is not subject to this quarterly limitation.
  • Enterprise plan: Work with your account team to create a coaching plan.

Can coaching sessions be delivered in local languages?

Coaching sessions are delivered in English only. Coaching may be delivered in other languages, in Autodesk’s sole discretion and subject to availability.

Can I follow up with the specialist after the session?

Autodesk does not provide extended support after the coaching session. However, you can submit an additional coaching request on the same or a new topic to continue your upskilling plan.

 

Enterprise plan: Work with your account team to create an ongoing support plan.

What is the typical lead time to schedule a coaching session?

Expect 3-4 weeks from request to delivery, depending on your needs and Autodesk resource availability.

What if I want coaching on a topic that isn’t listed in the catalog?

  • Business plan: Coaching is only available for listed topics. If you cannot find what you are looking for, we recommend creating a coaching request. Our subject matter experts will be able to provide you with alternative learning options if needed.
  • Enterprise plan: Work with your account team to build a custom coaching plan.
